Hogan Lovells strengthens Italian administrative and public law team with Luca Perfetti
"Hogan Lovells has hired Luca Perfetti as a partner in its Global Regulatory & IP practice to bolster its Italian administrative and public law capability."
Perfetti is a public and administrative lawyer widely recognised for his work in strategic infrastructure, public procurement and highly regulated sectors. He advises clients at every stage of their engagement with public authorities, including tender procedures, contract awards, contract execution and litigation. His experience spans Transportation and Logistics, Energy, Technology, Life Sciences and Health Care, Sports, Media and Entertainment, and Financial Institutions, and includes proceedings before independent regulatory authorities and Foreign Direct Investment procedures. He will join Hogan Lovells with a team of professionals.
These additions further strengthen Hogan Lovells’ regulatory and public law team in Italy, which already includes partner Francesca Angeloni, and will enhance collaboration across the firm’s antitrust, regulatory, arbitration and transactional practices domestically and via its international platform. The move is part of a broader investment in the firm’s Italian practice: Hogan Lovells has welcomed approximately 70 people, including 16 partners, to its Italian practice in the last two years.
