Knights appoints David Fitzmaurice as Partner to strengthen Manchester corporate team

Having worked in Manchester throughout his career, including more than a decade at KPMG Law, David brings technical expertise, leadership experience and commercial insight. He specialises in private company M&A, large-scale reorganisations, cross-border transactions and management incentive schemes, and has led a broad range of deals across multiple sectors, including founder-led exits, corporate acquisitions and complex multi-jurisdictional transactions. He joins Knights at Partner level.
