Hogan Lovells strengthens public and administrative law team with partner Luca Perfetti
"Hogan Lovells hires Luca Perfetti as partner in its public and administrative law and Global Regulatory & IP Practice; he will focus on infrastructure, public procurement and regulated sectors."
Perfetti, who joins from BonelliErede, is widely recognised for his work on strategic infrastructure, public procurement and highly regulated sectors. He assists clients at all stages of their relations with public authorities, including tender procedures, contract award, contract execution and related litigation. His experience spans energy, transportation and logistics, technology, life sciences and health care, sport, media and entertainment, and financial institutions, as well as proceedings before independent regulatory authorities and Foreign Direct Investment procedures.
His appointment further strengthens Hogan Lovells’ public and administrative law team in Italy, which includes partner Francesca Angeloni, and is intended to foster closer collaboration with other national and international practices. The firm describes the hire as part of a significant investment in its Italian practice, which has welcomed roughly 70 professionals, including 16 partners, across its Rome and Milan offices in the past two years.
