"Taylor Wessing appoints Jeremy Drew as partner in its London IP practice. He will work across IP, regulatory, retail and brands, sports and technology."
Jeremy joins from a leading international firm, where he was a partner specialising in IP, retail and brands, sports and technology. He enters Taylor Wessing at partner level.
His practice spans contentious and non-contentious IP work, regulatory matters, sports law and technology disputes. He has long-standing relationships with major retail and sports clients, providing strategic business advice and coordinating multi-disciplinary legal support across corporate, litigation, commercial, employment and regulatory matters.
At his previous firm he built and led the IP and Technology team from the ground up, helped develop its TMT team, spearheaded the development of its Sports sector and, until earlier this year, led the firm’s Commercial division. He also served on that firm’s Board for around 15 years.
Jeremy brings extensive experience across disputes, advisory work and transactions with a strong international dimension, including global deals, cross-border litigation and European arbitrations. He is highly ranked for IP and Sports in Chambers and listed as a leading partner for retail and consumer and corporate governance in Legal 500.
