Katharina is a German-qualified restructuring and insolvency lawyer with significant restructuring experience in Germany, Australia, the UK and the UAE. She joins Dentons from UAE-headquartered private healthcare group NMC Healthcare, where she served as an integral senior member of the legal team. She has direct experience advising corporates in financial distress on managing day-to-day business operations and on preparing and implementing restructuring plans. Katharina joins Dentons to bolster the firm’s restructuring and insolvency capability and to provide complementary expertise to its Banking & Finance and Commercial Disputes practices.
