Sidley Adds Partner Ike Chidi to Century City Global Finance Practice

Mr. Chidi joins Sidley from O’Melveny & Myers, where he was a partner in the Corporate Finance group. He counsels clients on commercial lending matters with a focus on the private equity sector and represents private equity sponsors, lending institutions, and public and private companies in the structuring and negotiation of complex financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, syndicated credit facilities, recapitalizations, and related matters. He is entering Sidley as a partner, having been a partner at O’Melveny & Myers.
