Proskauer Expands Paris Private Equity and M&A Team with Three Partners
"Proskauer hires partners Matthieu Grollemund, Hélène Parent and Pierre‑Marie Boya into its Paris Private Equity and M&A Transactions group to strengthen private equity, M&A and cross‑border transactional capabilities."
Matthieu Grollemund is triple qualified in French, US and UK law and has more than 20 years of experience in complex and cross‑border transactions. He represents private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, public and private corporations, boards of directors and special committees in sensitive investments, public and private M&A transactions, IPOs, and both amicable and defence against hostile transactions. He is particularly known for his work in the Technology and Healthcare industries. He will join Proskauer as a partner in the Private Equity and M&A Transactions Group in Paris.
Hélène Parent is dual‑qualified in France and Spain and advises investors and high‑growth companies across Europe, with a sector focus on technology, life sciences, fintech and space. Her practice covers high‑end venture, growth equity and private equity transactions; she regularly leads strategic deals across the full investment cycle, including large Series A–C rounds, complex cross‑over financings, build‑ups and M&A exits. She will join Proskauer as a partner in the Private Equity and M&A Transactions Group in Paris.
Pierre‑Marie Boya has a strong track record in high‑stake transactions, particularly in high‑value and highly regulated industries. His broad practice encompasses a range of private equity and M&A matters, representing private equity sponsors, venture capital firms and public and private corporations across the entire investment cycle. He will join Proskauer as a partner in the Private Equity and M&A Transactions Group in Paris.
Matthieu, Hélène and Pierre‑Marie will be joined by a team of counsel and associates, adding further depth to Proskauer’s expanding Private Equity and M&A Transactions team in Paris, where the Firm now has over 50 lawyers.
