Birketts welcomes Katy Jarratt-Poole and Alastair Gunn as corporate Partners in Cambridge
"Birketts appoints Katy Jarratt-Poole and Alastair Gunn as corporate Partners in Cambridge; they will work in the firm's corporate practice on M&A, restructuring, succession planning and corporate transactions."
They join the firm's Cambridge corporate team of ten specialist corporate lawyers and contribute to Birketts’ wider corporate capability of over 20 partners and more than 60 corporate lawyers.
Katy Jarratt-Poole brings extensive experience in strategic mergers and acquisitions and in corporate restructuring. She has particular sector experience in food and beverage and agriculture, working with businesses on succession planning and development projects. She joins Birketts as a Partner.
Alastair Gunn advises on a wide range of corporate transactions. He works with owner-managed businesses and corporate clients predominantly in the UK and also maintains an international network and client base across Europe and the US. He joins Birketts as a Partner.
