HEUKING recruits five lawyers to Hamburg office to reinforce Corporate/M&A and Real Estate practices

Patrick Narr will join HEUKING as an Equity Partner on February 16, 2026. He is currently a Partner at Norton Rose and advises on corporate and real estate matters, supporting clients on national and international corporate and real estate transactions. He has advised on numerous transactions in crisis and insolvency situations for both buyers and sellers, assists in structuring corporate arrangements (joint ventures, intercompany agreements, formation and transformation of companies) and advises on complex corporate disputes. In real estate law his practice focuses on mandates in the hotel and logistics sectors and on comprehensive advice to project developers.
Dr. Karsten Alex will join HEUKING as an Equity Partner on February 16, 2026. He is currently Counsel at Norton Rose and primarily advises on Corporate/M&A transactions in the technology/software and aviation sectors, including the implementation of joint venture structures. He also advises on ongoing corporate matters (corporate housekeeping), transformations and other structural measures. Dr. Alex has many years of experience in real estate law, advising national and international investors and real estate companies, particularly on transactions in the residential, office, retail and hotel asset classes.
Dr. Tobias Block will join HEUKING as Senior Counsel and is due to join the team by March 1 at the latest. He is currently Counsel at Norton Rose and has worked closely with the team led by Patrick Narr and Dr. Karsten Alex for many years. He advises national and international clients in real estate law, private construction law and litigation, handling single-asset and portfolio transactions as well as contract drafting, particularly construction contracts in the context of project development.
Malte Meyer will join HEUKING as a Salaried Partner, coming from Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. He advises on corporate law matters, in particular national and cross-border transactions, with a strong focus on real estate transactions. He specializes in comprehensive advice for commercial project developments—especially in the logistics and data center sectors—and advises clients in the hotel industry.
Sebastian Sievers will join HEUKING as a Senior Associate, arriving from Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. He advises on Corporate/M&A and real estate law, with a focus on corporate and real estate transactions as well as ongoing corporate matters.
HEUKING said the addition of the coordinated team will reinforce its Hamburg office and create cross-practice synergies for its existing teams. The firm had previously recruited a larger team from Taylor Wessing for its Life Sciences practice at the Munich office in July 2025.
