Will is an experienced debt finance lawyer who will join White & Case’s Global Debt Finance Practice and Global Financial Institutions Industry Group in Sydney. He advises clients on acquisition finance, leverage finance, general corporate finance, private capital, syndicated TLBs, debt trades, PIKs, subordinated instruments, warrants and restructuring and insolvency. He brings nearly 20 years of experience and enters White & Case as a partner. Stawell was previously a White & Case associate in New York between 2013 and 2016 and rejoins the firm from King & Wood Mallesons, where he was a partner.
