Antoine Mercier is an experienced real estate lawyer advising on all aspects of the real estate investment life cycle, including structuring, partnership agreements, acquisitions, construction and development, asset management and disposals across operational asset classes such as hotels, tourism and leisure, logistics, retail, senior living, student accommodation, self-storage and data centers. He has led cross-border transactions involving large portfolios of operational assets for more than 25 years and has experience in ESG matters related to renewable energy facilities and infrastructure. He joins White & Case as a partner in Paris from DLA Piper, where he was a partner, bringing more than 25 years of experience.
Sarah Fleury is an experienced real estate M&A lawyer who advises multinational clients on cross-border and domestic transactions, including the structuring, acquisition and disposal of portfolios and companies holding real estate assets, and real estate joint ventures across asset classes such as hospitality and leisure, offices, logistics, serviced residence, senior housing, student housing, clinics, life sciences and data centers. She also advises on commercial lease agreements, asset management and construction matters. Sarah serves as a Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute. She joins White & Case as a partner in Paris from DLA Piper, where she was a partner, bringing 20 years of experience.
Romain Guenin focuses on real estate finance and structured finance, advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of investments and financing matters related to the acquisition and development of real estate assets across sectors including logistics, offices, hospitality, serviced residences, sports infrastructure and self-storage. He also has experience in loan restructuring and special servicing, including distressed portfolio mortgage financings. Romain joins White & Case as a partner in Paris from DLA Piper, where he was a partner, bringing 15 years of experience.
