Marco Buschmann joins White & Case as counsel in Mergers & Acquisitions

Dr. Buschmann is a former Federal Minister of Justice and has held key positions in German politics, including First Parliamentary Secretary of the FDP parliamentary group. He specialises in transactions work within the Mergers & Acquisitions practice and will enter White & Case with the seniority of counsel. He returns to White & Case, where he began his legal career in 2007.
