Squire Patton Boggs Adds Financial Services Partner Alison Davidson-Cox

Alison specialises in acquisition, corporate and leveraged finance, acting for private equity clients, corporate borrowers, banks, private credit funds and alternative lenders on acquisition finance and general corporate transactions. She has acted on acquisition finance deals across a variety of sectors and is well-attuned to the leveraged finance market. Alison has also spent time in the in-house legal team at Barclays Bank. Joining from Gateley, she becomes the latest addition to the firm’s Financial Services Practice, which has made over 20 senior hires in the past year as part of a strategic build-out into areas including private credit, structured finance, debt finance, regulatory and fund formation, and capital markets.
