Squire Patton Boggs Welcomes Antitrust Partner Lauren Briggerman in Washington DC

Ms. Briggerman focuses her practice on civil and criminal antitrust litigation, including white collar criminal defense and related litigation, representing corporations and executives in complex government investigations and high-stakes disputes. She brings deep experience in criminal antitrust and global cartel investigations and has defended clients in significant international cartel matters involving the auto parts, air cargo, freight forwarding and pharmaceutical industries. She also regularly represents executives in government investigations and litigation related to financial services/securities fraud, government contracts fraud and the False Claims Act.
She joins Squire Patton Boggs from Miller & Chevalier Chartered, where she served as vice chair of the Litigation Department and co-lead of the Cartel Investigation and Litigation practice. Ms. Briggerman earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and her B.A. from Northwestern University, and holds leadership roles within the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Section, including positions on the International Cartel Task Force and the Women’s Antitrust Forum.
