Commercial Litigation Associate Eduardo Cruz Joins Armstrong Teasdale

Cruz becomes a member of the Litigation practice group and focuses on complex commercial litigation, with experience in consumer financial services, real property and condominium disputes, aviation litigation, and high-stakes defense matters. He regularly represents corporate clients, financial institutions, insurers, and businesses in state and federal courts throughout Florida. Cruz has handled matters involving professional malpractice, negligence, breach of contract, and misrepresentation, as well as a broad range of disputes including business torts, defamation, wrongful death, premises liability, ADA compliance, and condominium law. He is experienced in all phases of litigation, from developing case strategy and managing discovery to conducting depositions, briefing and arguing motions, and negotiating favorable resolutions. Cruz was an associate at a Miami law firm prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale and served as a judicial intern for the Hon. John J. O’Sullivan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida during law school.
