Carlos Alberto brings over 20 years of experience in corporate legal leadership. He has built a solid track record at large multinational companies, including Walmart Brasil and CVS Health Inc./Drogaria Onofre, where he served as General Counsel.
A specialist in the structuring and strategic management of legal departments, he will reinforce the firm’s practice in complex and highly strategic corporate matters. His areas of experience include Compliance, Real Estate and Regulatory matters, Corporate Governance and Government Relations, as well as M&A transactions, real estate structuring, regulatory support for new businesses, institutional dialogue with public agencies, and the implementation of integrity and governance programs, with a focus on efficiency, risk mitigation and sustainable value creation.
