Ms. You represents alternative lenders, financial institutions, corporate borrowers, financial sponsors and their portfolio companies in a broad range of debt and equity financing transactions. Her practice focuses on structuring and negotiating domestic and cross‑border financings and special situations transactions, including cash flow and asset‑based financings, acquisition financings, recapitalizations and other leveraged financings, first‑lien and second‑lien transactions, split collateral financings, and debtor‑in‑possession and exit financings.
Her practice spans industries including retail, manufacturing, agribusiness, real estate, technology, healthcare, food and beverage, and sports and entertainment. Ms. You joins Sidley as a partner; she was previously a Private Credit Group partner at Proskauer Rose.
