Ms. Rouse joins Sidley Austin from Latham & Watkins LLP, where she was a partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Investment Funds Practice. She has a broad private funds practice advising sponsors on the formation and operation of funds across sectors including oil and gas, infrastructure, real estate, venture funds, growth equity, credit, and hedge funds. She also advises on the establishment and governance of associated management companies and handles operational and internal sponsor arrangements, including fund restructuring, marketing and fundraising guidance, investments (including co-investment arrangements), spin-off and stake deals, and secondary investments. She enters Sidley Austin as a partner, having been a partner at Latham & Watkins.
