Ms. Doolin is a nationally recognized class action and commercial litigator who represents leading retail, consumer products, and technology companies in high‑stakes disputes. Her practice focuses on consumer protection, privacy, employment, and product‑related class actions and spans false and deceptive advertising claims; product defect and warranty litigation; pricing and promotional practices (including hidden fees); food and beverage advertising and health‑related ingredient claims; privacy and data‑collection related class actions; and complex wage‑and‑hour disputes. She routinely handles high‑stakes commercial litigation matters, with particular depth in nationwide and statewide class actions filed in California. Ms. Doolin joins Sidley from Cooley, where she chaired the class action practice, and joins Sidley with the seniority of partner. She is also a Chambers Band 1 ranked lawyer.
