Bavoux’s practice focuses on special situations, restructuring and bankruptcy. She is highly experienced in both in‑court and out‑of‑court proceedings in France and in cross‑border matters involving French stakeholders. Her clients include listed and unlisted companies, investment funds, shareholders, executives and creditors. She also advises on governance conflicts and disputes with company lenders, including LBO debt restructurings.
A key strength of Bavoux’s practice is her capacity to act for sponsors, investors, borrowers and lenders in French and international contexts, a versatility that is particularly valuable in complex financial restructurings and distressed M&A transactions. Proskauer said her arrival expands the firm’s restructuring capabilities in France and strengthens its ability to deliver cross‑border solutions to corporate, private capital and debt clients.
