Salim Rahim has joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in the firm’s Washington, DC office.

Previously practicing at Baker McKenzie, where he most recently chaired the Americas tax practice group, Rahim brings extensive experience advising multinational clients on international tax and transfer pricing matters. He regularly represents Fortune 500 companies on significant transfer pricing planning projects and disputes.

Rahim’s practice centers on transfer pricing disputes and the negotiation and securing of advance pricing agreements for U.S. and non-U.S. based multinational companies across industries including technology, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, automotive, luxury fashion, and financial services. He also advises on Mutual Agreement Procedure proceedings and global supply chain restructuring matters.
