TKL – Think Legal appoints Jorge Masía as partner in Litigation

Masía brings more than fifteen years of experience advising national and international companies. He joins TKL – Think Legal from Pérez – Llorca, where he was a partner in the litigation and competition practice. He has also worked at EY and DLA Piper. Masía’s practice focuses on disputes with a significant regulatory or competition dimension, including conflicts arising from restrictive practices, abuse of dominant position and claims for damages, as well as complex commercial and corporate disputes.
The firm said the appointment is in line with its strategy of strengthening areas that have a direct impact on clients’ business amid growing conflict, regulatory pressure and the judicialisation of business relations. In addition to his professional practice, Masía is active in academia as a lecturer at Carlos III University and IE University, reinforcing his analytical and multidisciplinary approach to litigation.
