Cerejeira Namora Marinho Falcão strengthens public law team with Ana Rita Babo Pinto and João Cardoso

Ana Rita Babo Pinto holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, a master’s degree in administrative law from the School of Law of the University of Minho, and is currently completing her PhD at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto. She has been practising law since 2017 and was part of the public law teams at Sérvulo & Associados and Vieira de Almeida. Her professional activity includes academic research and regular participation as a speaker at conferences and continuous training initiatives, with a noted technical and academic contribution in administrative law and public procurement. She joins Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão as a principal associate.
João Cardoso holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and has completed two postgraduate programmes. He has experience providing legal advice across various areas of public law, with a particular focus on urban planning matters. His diverse professional background includes roles at PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados, GAIURB and Eurest Portugal, and in 2024 he served as lawyer responsible for the real estate and licensing areas at Mercan Properties. He joins the firm as an associate.
