Diodà & Pietrantoni Schiaffino strengthens criminal business law team with new partners and of counsel Silvia Scardino

Nicola Pietrantoni joins Diodà & Pietrantoni Schiaffino as a Partner. He trained under Lodovico Isolabella and was professionally formed for more than 20 years at Studio Legale Isolabella. He will be part of the firm’s practice covering criminal business law.
Claudio Schiaffino joins Diodà & Pietrantoni Schiaffino as a Partner. Schiaffino trained with Francesco Arata and was a partner from 2012 at the law firm Arata e Associati, which became Affirm Penalisti Associati in 2023. He is followed to the new firm by Francesca Nobili, Beatrice Pozzoli and Marco Aronica, all of whom come from Affirm Penalisti Associati. All will contribute to the firm’s coverage of the full range of criminal business law matters.
Silvia Scardino joins Diodà & Pietrantoni Schiaffino in the role of of counsel. An expert in compliance under Legislative Decree 231 and related regulations (including health and safety, environment and cybersecurity), she founded her eponymous firm in 2010 and was previously formed in the firm of Professor Alberto Alessandri.
The firm, which maintains its historic Milan office on Viale Piave, comprises 16 professionals including honorary president Nerio Diodà and the three partners Massimiliano Diodà, Nicola Pietrantoni and Claudio Schiaffino, and covers all areas of criminal business law, assisting Italian and foreign companies and individuals in both judicial and extrajudicial matters, including compliance and 231-related issues.
