Antonio Orsini joins NIUS Legal & HR Solutions as counsel
"NIUS Legal & HR Solutions appoints Antonio Orsini as counsel to lead its temporary employment practice, focusing on labour litigation and advisory work for employment agencies and clients in telecoms, pharma, industry and retail."
Orsini brings a solid background gained at Italian labour law firms, including Daverio & Florio and, most recently, DLA Piper. He has specialised in litigation and in advisory work on temporary employment (lavoro somministrato), and in labour matters affecting the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, industrial and retail sectors, assisting Italian and foreign companies in complex economic contexts. He joins NIUS with the seniority of counsel.
With this appointment NIUS is launching a focus team on temporary employment to be led by Orsini together with colleague Giacomo Bertelli, also specialised in the field. The team’s objective is to strengthen support for employment agencies on all matters related to the management of temporary employment relationships and sector-level industrial relations, integrating experience on behalf of client companies across all sectors of the economy.
