Thomas advises private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and lenders on a wide range of leveraged finance transactions. She represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies in acquisition financings, cross-border transactions, debt restructurings and complex liability management transactions, and has substantial expertise in arranging tailored financing structures, including first-lien, second-lien, unitranche, asset-based, recurring-revenue, back-leverage and high-yield financings. Thomas received an LL.B., with honors, from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is admitted to practice in New York.
Her arrival follows the firm’s late-year additions of Finance Group partners Nicholas M. Schwartz, Mark G. Adler and Julie Ann Lamm.
