Benesch Welcomes Trial Partner Lauren Zimmerman to New York Litigation Practice

"Benesch hires Lauren Zimmerman as a partner in its New York Litigation Practice; she joins from Selendy Gay PLLC and will work on commercial litigation, white collar defense and corporate investigations."

Lauren Zimmerman has joined Benesch as a partner in its Litigation Practice Group in New York. Her arrival follows that of Litigation Partner Eileen DeLucia, who joined Benesch from Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP.

Lauren Zimmerman joins Benesch from Selendy Gay PLLC. She brings significant experience representing clients in complex, high-stakes litigation in federal and state courts and before arbitral panels nationwide. Her practice spans sophisticated commercial litigation, white collar defense, and corporate crisis management and investigations. Zimmerman has joined Benesch as a partner; at her previous firm she was the 12th associate to start there. She also represents individuals, special committees and companies in internal and government investigations, including matters involving the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Attorneys’ Offices and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and regularly counsels high-net-worth individuals and corporate leadership on sensitive business and family law matters.

Eileen DeLucia joined Benesch as a Litigation Partner from Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP, marking one of two recent additions to Benesch’s New York office from boutique litigation firms in the past month.
