Gibson Dunn hires Reka Palla as of counsel for Spain team
"Reka Palla joins Gibson Dunn as of counsel in its Spain team; she will work in M&A, corporate governance and capital markets."
Palla joins from A&O Shearman, where she was a senior associate in corporate, M&A and private equity. She previously worked for around eight years at Freshfields, where she was part of Armando Albarrán’s team. She is entering Gibson Dunn with the seniority of of counsel, having come from a senior associate position at A&O Shearman.
Her practice focuses on M&A, including complex cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions. She has also advised on corporate governance and capital markets matters, including IPOs and capital increases, and has worked with multinationals, private equity funds and family-owned businesses.
