Durán-Sindreu appoints Alba Conde García as partner in Labour practice

Conde brings more than 15 years’ experience as an employment lawyer, having worked in boutique firms as well as at a large international consulting firm, where she served as head of the employment legal department and advised national and international companies on complex matters. Her practice areas include workforce restructurings, employment litigation, equality plans, collective bargaining, internal policies and broader strategic employment advice. She joins Durán-Sindreu with the seniority of partner; her prior seniority at the consulting firm was head of the employment legal department.
Conde holds a Law degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and specialised in Labour Law at the Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB). She also combines practice with teaching, delivering Labour Law training at the Escola de Pràctica Jurídica and on specialist programmes at ICAB, as well as at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC).
