Freeths appoints Zum Mohammed as Partner in its London Corporate team

Zum brings extensive experience advising on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, joint ventures and complex corporate restructurings. She regularly acts for mid-market private equity sponsors, family offices and their portfolio companies on platform, bolt-on and exit transactions. She will join Freeths as a Partner in the London Corporate team.
Zum joins from Gateley Plc, where she was Head of the London Corporate team.
