Lexia appoints Alice Talpini as partner to lead Family Law at Lexia Private

Since the start of her career Talpini has specialised in family law. She has developed significant expertise and experience providing qualified assistance in judicial proceedings concerning separation and divorce, regulation of parental responsibility and child maintenance for non‑marital children, modification of conditions, protection orders, filiation, deprivation and limitation of parental responsibility, adoption, as well as interdiction, incapacitation and administration of support. She also carries out extrajudicial advice on the personal and patrimonial aspects of family life, working with dedication and sensitivity and with particular attention to the protection of the individual and the best interests of the minors involved. Talpini joins Lexia Private with the seniority of partner and head of the Family Law area.
