Dentons Middle East strengthens Doha Banking & Finance team with Counsel Riza Ismail
"Dentons Middle East has relocated Counsel Riza Ismail to its Doha office to strengthen its Banking & Finance practice, focusing on Islamic finance, capital markets, project and corporate banking and investment funds."
Riza brings more than 20 years' experience on a range of banking and finance matters, with particular emphasis on Islamic finance, capital markets including local and international bonds and Sukuk issuances, project finance, corporate banking (bilateral and syndicated loans) and investment funds. Her experience includes direct involvement in groundbreaking and award-winning Islamic finance transactions in Oman.
Riza joins Dentons Doha as Counsel, having relocated from Dentons' Muscat office in Oman in February this year. She will predominantly focus on advising the firm's Qatari clients while continuing to support Dentons' wider Middle East Banking & Finance practice in response to region-wide client needs.
