Paul Hastings Adds Serge Todorovich as Partner to Strengthen Global Funds Practice in New York

Todorovich arrives from Shenkman Capital Management, where he served as chief legal officer and chief compliance officer. He previously held in-house roles including assistant general counsel at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and associate general counsel at Eton Park Capital Management, and earlier practiced at Shearman & Sterling. Todorovich counsels fund sponsors and institutional investors on the establishment and ongoing operation of private funds, focusing on multi-asset credit funds, distressed credit funds, private credit funds and hedge funds, and on regulatory and compliance matters, fund financings, and derivatives and structured product transactions, including rated note funds.
