Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe Adds Energy & Infrastructure Partner in Houston

Woodruff advises on strategic and public M&A and has extensive experience in private equity across the oil & gas, power, renewables and infrastructure industries. He recently advised Brookfield Infrastructure Partners in a joint venture with GATX Corporation to acquire Wells Fargo & Company's rail car leasing business for $4.4 billion and advised Triton International Limited, a subsidiary of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners, in its $1 billion acquisition of Global Container International LLC. He joins Orrick from Skadden.
