Mansour advises leading energy companies, utilities and investors on project development and regulatory matters. He brings deep experience in M&A and project finance and has worked on technologies including liquefied natural gas, hydrogen, offshore wind, solar and battery storage projects. He joins Orrick as a partner from Clifford Chance.
