"McDermott Will & Schulte has hired Caroline (Cary) Robbins as a partner in its Private Client Practice Group in Los Angeles. She will advise UHNW individuals, families and family offices on estate, tax and fiduciary planning."
Robbins brings extensive experience advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices on sophisticated estate and tax planning strategies, multigenerational wealth transfer, and fiduciary administration. She advises on designing, implementing, and administering complex wealth-transfer structures and fiduciary arrangements addressing tax efficiency, generational succession, asset protection, and family governance. She joins McDermott from Proskauer.
Neil Kawashima, Global Head of McDermott’s Private Client Practice Group, said Robbins’s technical excellence, relationships and ability to advise multigenerational families and family offices will strengthen the firm’s platform. McDermott’s Private Client Practice Group, a team of more than 100 lawyers, represents UHNW individuals, families and their family offices with a focus on their unique objectives.
