Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP Strengthens London Office with Partners Jeremy Duffy and Lisa Seifman

"Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP has appointed Jeremy Duffy and Lisa Seifman as partners in its London office to lead European leveraged finance, real estate finance and co-chair the digital infrastructure (data center) finance practice."

Jeremy Duffy has joined Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP as a partner in the firm’s London office, and Lisa Seifman will join the firm as a partner in London next week.

Jeremy Duffy will serve as Chair of Cahill’s European Leveraged Finance practice group and as Co-Chair of the Digital Infrastructure Finance practice group. He is a recognized expert on cross-border financing arrangements and a leading advisor to global banks, funds, sponsors and corporations on European leveraged finance transactions, investment grade transactions, restructurings, general bank lending, bridge facilities and high yield securities. His practice includes extensive experience advising on multi-jurisdictional leveraged buyouts, top-tier senior and subordinated finance arrangements, real estate finance and data center financings. He joins Cahill as a partner.

Lisa Seifman will serve as Chair of Cahill’s Real Estate Finance practice group and as Co-Chair of the Digital Infrastructure Finance practice group. She has particular knowledge of data center financings and advises on market-leading projects worldwide, representing financial institutions, sponsors, developers and operators on local and pan-European transactions. Her experience encompasses complex cross-border real estate financings, including real estate investment acquisitions and disposals, development financing, NPL portfolio purchases and loan-on-loan real estate financings. She will join Cahill as a partner next week.
