Holland & Knight Adds Former Federal Prosecutor Erik S. Siebert as Partner in Richmond
"Holland & Knight has appointed former federal prosecutor Erik S. Siebert as a partner in Richmond to its government investigations, white collar defense and complex civil litigation practice."
Mr. Siebert will focus on government investigations, white collar defense and complex civil litigation. He previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and as Interim U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. During his 16-year career in the Richmond Division he handled both civil and criminal litigation matters, prosecuted complex cases including fraud, public corruption, national security, racketeering and money laundering, argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, drafted appellate briefs, and served as deputy criminal supervisor. He also led a team of approximately 300 prosecutors, civil litigators and support staff across four divisions serving more than six million residents.
Mr. Siebert joins Holland & Knight from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia. He holds a J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law and a B.A. from Virginia Military Institute.
