Martinelli Advogados appoints three new partners

Adriano Cursino will lead the firm’s initiatives in Northeast Brazil across Tax, Corporate, Finance and M&A. He brings a track record in structuring business groups, designing governance models and advising companies during growth and restructuring cycles.
Poliana Almeida strengthens Martinelli Advogados’ contracts and real-estate practice in Minas Gerais. Her work focuses on the legal structuring of sophisticated developments, land-regularisation projects and due-diligence processes in strategic transactions.
Romero Lobão Soares joins the firm’s Rio de Janeiro tax team as partner, with extensive experience in corporate international taxation and tax advisory. He has spent nearly a decade leading cross-border planning projects, complex reorganisations and M&A transactions for global corporate groups, and his practice includes tax analysis of technology-transfer arrangements such as trademark licences, patent exploitation, franchising and software licensing.
