Sephora appoints Marina Pedraz Rodríguez as Head of Legal for Iberia

Sephora’s new Head of Legal for Iberia has a proven track record in legal and regulatory compliance, specialising in data protection, governance and regulation in multinational environments. Before joining the LVMH group company in February 2026, she spent most of her career in the financial and consumer goods sectors.
For the last five years Pedraz was part of Suntory Beverage & Food, where she served as senior legal counsel and Data Protection Lead for Iberia. In that role she was responsible for legal advice and the implementation of regulatory compliance and data protection projects and participated in the group’s strategic initiatives in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. While at Suntory she also worked as legal counsel for the Africa region and took part in an international exchange programme in Japan within the global Governance, Risk, Compliance & Legal area.
Previously, Marina Pedraz served as Legal Counsel, GDPR and Compliance at Santander Spain Merchant Services, where she acted as Data Protection Officer and worked on regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering and contractual advisory projects. She began her career in financial regulation as a Compliance Officer at ING Spain and Portugal.
