BCA Legal Rome welcomes Fabrizio De Angelis as partner and Alessandro Arese as senior associate

Fabrizio De Angelis, an expert in labour law, has been authorised to practise before the higher courts since 2015 and is a member of AGI. After significant experience in leading law firms, he founded and directed a boutique law firm specialising in labour matters, providing both out-of-court and litigation assistance and advice to workers and to private and public employers. He graduated from Sapienza University of Rome, is a lecturer in Labour Law at the LUMSA Free University, author of scientific and sector contributions, a member of sports justice bodies and a speaker at conferences on sports labour law. He joins BCA Legal as partner.
Alessandro Arese, a graduate of Sapienza University of Rome, has assisted Italian and international companies and private clients while collaborating with leading Italian law firms. He has developed significant experience in labour law and industrial relations, supporting companies of all sizes in the ordinary management of employment relationships, from contractual matters to disciplinary proceedings. He also collaborates with the LUISS Guido Carli University School of Specialisation for Legal Professions on case studies and the drafting of opinions and acts in labour law. He joins BCA Legal as senior associate.
