BLF Studio Legale strengthens litigation and consolidates out-of-court practice

Sergio Orlando joins BLF as counsel, supporting the firm’s expanding litigation department to meet growing demand. He has consolidated experience in judicial and arbitral litigation and advises banks, financial intermediaries, companies and private clients in disputes relating, among other matters, to banking contracts and services, investments, financing relationships, debt recovery and litigation connected to non-performing loans (NPL). His work also covers corporate law and the liability of governing and control bodies, shareholders and statutory auditors, as well as contractual and extra-contractual liability, and he assists clients in proceedings brought against them in the context of insolvency procedures.
Francesca Maria Berruti joins BLF as an associate, integrating the team dedicated to out-of-court work with a focus on corporate and commercial law, extraordinary transactions and M&A. She has developed solid experience in the Milan market, advising national and international clients operating in highly specialized sectors, including agritech and media & communication.
