Hogan Lovells strengthens administrative practice as partner Luca Perfetti joins
"Luca Perfetti joins Hogan Lovells as a partner in the administrative and public economic law practice, focusing on public services, privatizations, energy, telecoms, infrastructure, environmental matters and public contracts."
Perfetti specialises in administrative and public economic law. He advises and defends public entities and public enterprises operating in local and national public services, both liberalised and non-liberalised, and has acted for private companies (listed and unlisted), funds, financial institutions and banks, both Italian and foreign. He will join Hogan Lovells with the seniority of partner; he is arriving from BonelliErede, where he had become a partner in 2016 after joining that firm from Chiomenti in 2015 as of counsel.
At BonelliErede Perfetti served as leader of the environmental sustainability focus team and was a member of the focus teams for sport law, innovation and digital transformation, real estate, shipping, transport & logistics, as well as the golden power task force. His experience encompasses privatizations and public services, particularly in the energy, telecommunications, infrastructure and environmental sectors, together with contracts and public procurement.
This move represents Hogan Lovells’ sixteenth lateral hire since the start of the season under managing partner Patrizio Messina, as the firm pursues a national, multidisciplinary strategy. An official announcement of the hire may be issued in the coming days.
