Morgan Lewis Deepens EU Healthcare and Life Sciences Regulatory Bench with Brussels Partner

Bart Jong has joined the firm's Brussels office as a partner. He will focus on European Union and Dutch regulatory frameworks governing pharmaceuticals and biologicals. Jong counsels pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on the EU and Dutch regulations governing the development and commercialization of medicinal products, including marketing authorization pathways, manufacturing and distribution requirements, regulatory data and market protection, pharmacovigilance, inspections, and pricing and reimbursement, often advising at the intersection of regulatory compliance and EU‑level enforcement and dispute risk. He joins Morgan Lewis from Arnold & Porter, where he was a partner.
Jackie Mulryne joined Morgan Lewis as a healthcare and life sciences regulatory partner in the firm's London office in November. She also joined from Arnold & Porter and will work within the firm’s healthcare and life sciences regulatory practice.
