Morgan Lewis Adds IP Partner Matthew J. Rizzolo in Washington, D.C.

Rizzolo joins Morgan Lewis as a partner. He is an intellectual property litigator who has worked with the Morgan Lewis team on multiple cases, has gone to trial with members of that team and has known several of them for years. Rizzolo has spoken publicly about the growing trend of companies facing parallel, multijurisdictional global disputes following the formation of the European Unified Patent Court in 2023. He joins Morgan Lewis from Ropes & Gray.
