Daniel W. Hudson joins Morgan Lewis as a partner in the firm’s private client and private fund tax practices. He cited Morgan Lewis’s global reach as a key driver of his move, noting the cross-border scope of his client work and specifically the ability to service clients in Western Europe and deliver integrated tax advice.

Alexios S. Hadji returns to Morgan Lewis from Dentons and will rejoin the firm’s global tax practice as a partner with a focus on institutional investor tax structuring. He said he is excited to be returning to a platform that feels like home.
