Daniel Hudson joins Morgan Lewis's private client practice, working closely with its tax practice. He advises high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trust companies, private equity sponsors, and multinational corporations on a range of US and cross-border business-related issues, including international tax, trust, and succession planning. His practice primarily focuses on international tax structuring, inbound and outbound investment planning, and advising globally mobile families with significant ties to Latin America, South America, and Europe. He arrives from Berger Singerman LLP.
Alexios Hadji rejoins Morgan Lewis's global tax practice as a partner in the firm's New York office with a focus on private funds and institutional investor tax structuring. He concentrates on US and international tax considerations related to the structuring of transactions and business relationships, with particular emphasis on advising private fund sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional investors on tax matters. He joins Morgan Lewis from Dentons.
