Morgan Lewis adds Andrew Cross as Of Counsel to investment management and digital assets team in Pittsburgh

Andrew brings deep experience advising on the legal and regulatory aspects of Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)-related matters and in counseling commodity trading firms, family offices, public companies, investment advisers, and investment funds on complex derivatives transactions and related trade agreements. He has also advised a wide range of crypto-focused companies on digital assets matters, including launching and investing in crypto derivatives and tokenizing commodities such as gold. He joins the firm at the seniority of Of Counsel and will work within Morgan Lewis’s investment management and digital assets practice.
