Holland & Knight Adds Partner Adam Jachimowski to Financial Services Practice in New York
"Holland & Knight has hired Adam Jachimowski as a partner in its Financial Services Practice Group in New York. He will focus on corporate trust matters, financing and restructuring transactions."
Mr. Jachimowski joins Holland & Knight as a corporate trust partner from Troutman Pepper Locke, where he was a partner. He represents financial institutions and investment funds serving as trustees, collateral agents, depositaries and escrow agents in a broad range of financing and restructuring transactions.
He has worked with clients ranging from the largest financial institutions to smaller trust providers on both day-to-day transactions and strategic business development. He regularly advises on sophisticated secured and unsecured debt offerings, syndicated loans and project finance matters, and his past work includes multibillion-dollar note issuances, municipal bond offerings, complex refinancing and restructuring transactions, and high-profile bankruptcy proceedings.
