Velloza Advogados Announces Return of Fábio Prieto de Souza as Partner

Prieto brings more than 45 years of professional experience across the law, the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the judiciary. He has held prominent roles in the Government of the State of São Paulo, most recently serving as Secretary of Justice and Citizenship for the State of São Paulo, a position he held for the past three years prior to resigning.
He has also served as president of the Board of Trustees of the PROCON Foundation, as a member of the Advisory Board of IPEM – Institute of Weights and Measures, on the Council of the Fund for Diffuse Interests, and as a member of the Committee to Combat Corruption in the State Comptroller General’s Office.
With accumulated experience in both the public and private sectors, Prieto will work in Velloza Advogados’ strategic consulting and law practice as a partner.
